The induction principle
A high-speed conveyor transports the material while a multi-channel metal detection coil determines the precise position of metals. All information concerning material (e.g. metal, off-color in case of using a camera system) and position is transmitted to the air nozzle bar. A precise blast of compressed air removes unwanted material quickly with minimum loss of valuable material.

Working widths available from 500 mm (20’’) up to 3,000 mm (10’)

It is your choice
The modular Varisort system allows perfect adjustment to your needs. Simply choose between Varisort M which separates all metal types down to a diameter of 0.6 mm (1/42") and Varisort S for pure stainless steel. Every model is available in six different working widths – from 500 mm (20’’) up to 3,000 mm (10'). In addition you can select between a basic and an extended version which offers unique features (i.e. inspection door/window, longer acceleration belt). On demand models with optical separation between non-ferrous metal types or with chemical composition for sorting alloys are realised.
