The highlights

In 2010 SiCon features the Volkswagen-SiCon process for 100%-metal recovery for ASR. Unlike conventional systems, SiCon can separate ALL ferrous and non-ferrous metals in marketable qualities at lower cost than possible so far! Furthermore the modular VW-SiCon Process generates plastics for recycling.

Plastics generation from ASR

Together with SiCon's partner companies Green Envirotech Corp. and Plas2Fuel Corp. SiCon shows the high-grade plastics generation from ASR either for plastic to plastic recycling to substitute virgin plastics or for the conversion into a high-grade crude oil.

New series of Airsort z-box classifiers

Besides the cutting-edge technologies for ASR-recovery, SiCon presents a new series of accurate working Airsort z-box classifiers and its proven product lines:

• Polyfloat for precise density separation of plastics
• FinesTuning for metal recovery from ASR-Fines
• Varisort for highly efficient metal sorting
