SiCon develops processes and solutions for treatment and recycling of ASR. In cooperation with Volkswagen AG we developed a patented unique process which makes the complete metal recovery possible for the first time. SiCon offers solutions for new as well as for retrofitting of existings.

• Detects, separates and recovers metals down to 1/16" (1,5mm)

• Varisort has the highest detection coil sensitivity on the market
• Varisort has the highest eject accurary with options for 5/16" (8mm) spacing
• Varisort working widths from 20" (512mm) up to 121" (3072mm)
• Varisort S ejects stainless steel from ASR, Zorba or Zurik

Basic Process + Eddy Current + Finestuning^® + Varisort + Advanced Processing

• Combines the SiCon 75 and 100 processes with an advanced processing step
• Liberates the copper from the insulation for #2 Copper (97% yield) capture
• Accomplishes a complete metal free plastics and fiber material for future recycling
