SiCon-Agglomerators are used in plastic recycling applications especially for the increase of the bulk weight of plastic flakes to an agglomerate of up to 680 kg/m³. SiCon-Agglomerators homogenize the material, dry it and thus increase the perfomance of upstream extrusion plants. The perfect shape of the agglomerated material also makes a direct to final customers possible.
Customized to your needs
SiCon supplies the machines with the possibility to run different programs in an automatic modus. No additional operator is necessary. SiCon also supplies necessary conveyors, silos etc. and takes the responsibility for the system integration.
