Nowadays  even new shredding plants often suffer from  inefficient downstream screening steps which lead to a loss of metals into the waste fraction. Our experts make sure  that  every step in the shredder plants  fits. The size of screens, the dosing and transport of material as well as a sophisticated control system which supplies automatic mass balances as well as an active support for an improved maintenance and hence a higher availaibility of the total plant.

SiCon shredder systems also offer a unique level of environmental friendliness. Our air sifting and dedusting units reach residual dust values at the stack of less 5 mg/Nm³. We also offer solutions that cut the VOC content in the residual air to well below 50 mg. With our technology you are investing in a safer future!
